Clinical symptoms and diagnosis
The high incidence period of most dogs is 4-10 months. The initial stage shows weakness of the hind limbs, like lying down, difficulty in getting up, and swaying when walking. Some puppies may run like rabbits, or lie on the ground and stretch their limbs backwards.

How to Treat
Conservative treatment: First, control the dog's weight, exercise moderately, avoid strenuous exercise, go up and down stairs and high places, walk and swim properly if conditions permit, cooperate with pain relievers and anti-inflammatory drugs, and take oral cartilage-protecting drugs.
Surgical treatment: three pelvic incisions, femoral head and neck resection, total hip replacement.
When we learn about CHD, if there are such dog breeds at home, it is recommended that all owners have a health check-up, timely prevention, and regular review, so that we can prevent problems before they happen, and let the dogs not really suffer from diseases.
